Alex LaChance has been in the real estate industry since 2018 as an agent, and in 2024 he decided to broaden his horizons to better serve his clients by becoming a mortgage professional as well. Alex specializes in working with tough budgets and complex situations, and he thrives on the challenge.

He also moonlights as a stand-up comedian, has played in touring punk rock bands, and is an undefeated professional mixed martial arts fighter (1–0, lol). Not only do these experiences make Alex an interesting character you’ll enjoy speaking with, they’ve also given him a unique skill set and the ability to see things through to the finish line.

Alex continues to take on new challenges with his active podcast, "(La)Chance Encounters," and by booking and promoting local comedy shows like "The Wrong Hill To Die On," a comedy game show. These pursuits keep him well networked, and he leverages those connections to better serve his clients.
