Meet Giuseppe Milana. Known by “Zep” to his friends and “Joe” to his family (Giuseppe is Italian for Joseph). Giuseppe has spent his life in pursuit of his purpose: To help people achieve the best version of themselves.

He started after High School as a Medic in the Army. Then, he spent much of his time in his 20’s and 30’s as a strength coach and life coach. He has taught High School, been a corporate mentor and coach with fortune 500 companies (UPS ranked #35 and Anheuser-Bisch/InBev ranked #108). Where he brought his passion for personal accountability and continuous improvement to a larger scale.

He believes betterment is an all-encompassing concept requiring alignment with mind, body, and soul and has dedicated his life to learning everything he can to make himself complete so he may help others through their journeys. He’s received multiple certifications, in all the mentioned areas, a bachelor’s degree in IT, a master’s degree in psychology, and now a license as a mortgage broker in the state of NH (more states coming soon).

Now, you may be thinking none of that mentioned the mortgage business or sales. You’re right. Giuseppe is not a salesman and prides himself on not being the “Typical” broker. He came to the realization, the best way for a person to reach their full potential as a complete being is to remove stress around their home. Along with his wife Stephanie, Paul enjoys living the busy life of being a parent to 3 teenage boys who are very active in sports, including hockey, lacrosse, basketball, and skiing. He is also an avid golfer who enjoys playing terribly, apart from his hole in one that everyone is sick of hearing about.
