Alex LaChance

Alex LaChance has been in the real estate industry since 2018 as an agent, and in 2024 he decided to broaden his horizons to better serve his clients by becoming a mortgage professional as well. Alex specializes in working with tough budgets and complex situations, and he thrives on the challenge.

He also moonlights as a stand-up comedian, has played in touring punk rock bands, and is an undefeated professional mixed martial arts fighter (1–0, lol). Not only do these experiences make Alex an interesting character you’ll enjoy speaking with, they’ve also given him a unique skill set and the ability to see things through to the finish line.

Alex continues to take on new challenges with his active podcast, "(La)Chance Encounters," and by booking and promoting local comedy shows like "The Wrong Hill To Die On," a comedy game show. These pursuits keep him well networked, and he leverages those connections to better serve his clients.

Christian Fletcher

Christian began his career in the mortgage industry in 1988 when my father founded Mortgage Exchange Corp., where I managed the Portsmouth, New Hampshire office. What I’ve always loved about this field is the wide range of paths and possibilities available to help people achieve their dreams and financial goals. When others think something can’t be done, I focus on finding a way — using creative, outside-the-box thinking to develop solutions and building a clear plan forward.

In addition to providing home financing, I enjoy working with seniors and helping them explore reverse mortgage options, guiding them through ways to access their home equity, improve cash flow, and remain comfortably in their homes. I have also successfully administered a real estate development business, building single-family homes throughout New Hampshire.

I’m a 10th-generation Westford, Massachusetts native, with family roots tracing back 12 generations to Concord, Massachusetts.

With years of experience across the customer service industry, I’ve learned that honesty, clear communication, and truly listening make all the difference.
